Alzheimer's disease (AD) is a neurodegenerative disorder resulting from the loss of cholinergic nerurons in the brain. It has been reported that Ü7 nicotinic acetylcholine receptors(Ü7 nAChRs) play an important role in cognitive processes representing a durg target for treating congnitive deficits. Ü7 nAChRs agonists cause memory enhancement through phosphorylation of cAMP response element binding protein (CREB)
