This research presents information on turnover as a critical issue in the telecommunication industry in Egypt and creates understanding of the significance of the concept within an organizational context. The research analyzes five constructs (three organizational level constructs and two individual level constructs) i.e. Organizational culture, Leadership Member Exchange, Procedural Justice, Moral Identity Centrality, and Employee Engagement and study their impact on turnover intention. The Social Exchange Theory is also examined through the research which develops the relevancy of accommodating interactive aspects rather than economic factors. The theory ratifies the primary focus of this research considering that it is objected to analyze causes that influence behavioral determination not only from organizational beneficiaries but also, from the benefiting organization
