in all studied genotypes as compared with control treatment , but H4 hybrid as the highest salt tolerant genotype accumulated the highest averages of these organic compounds as compared with its parents or H10 hybridThe salt tolerant H4 hybrid also showed the highest averages of photosynthetic pigments , whereas H10 hybrid gave the lowest averages of these pigmentsHowever , olive hybrids obtained from crossings between salt tolerant parents (Hamid , Picual , and Arbiquina cvs) revealed higher salt stress tolerance
