This present dissertation: The Book of Kalilah and Dimnah between Domestication and foreignization in Three English translations: a comparative study with special reference to the frame tales, examines three English translations of this book in three different ages, according to domesticating and foreignizing translation theory. The first English translation was done by Sir thomas north in 1570, the second was Wyndham Knatchbull in 1819, and the third by Thomas Ballantine Irving in 1982. A comparative analysis of these translations of this important book has been done
