Theis research discusses theories explaining anomie as division of labor. This theory was used to explain the situation in Egypt after25 {u036D} {u036A} of January revolution. The research also focuses on determining HR roles after25 {u036D} {u036A} of January revolution using ulrch HR role model. conner and ulrch's 1996 multiple model survey questionnaires was used on a sample of 98HR employees from 47 private companies in egypt.
