تحددت مشكلة البحث في ضعف مهارات التعبير الكتابي الوظيفي لدى متعلمي اللغة العربية الناطقين بغيرها في المستوى المتوسط؛ لذلك استهدف البحث تنمية مهارات التعبير الكتابي الوظيفي للناطقين بغيرها في المستوى المتوسط، وذلك باستخدام إستراتيجية قائمة على مدخل عمليات الكتابة، وبعد تطبيق مواد المعالجة التجريبية من أدوات البحث (دليل المعلم، كراسة أنشطة المتعلمين) على أفراد مجموعة البحث: التجريبية، والضابطة، وبعد تطبيق اختبار مهارات التعبير الكتابي الوظيفي قبليًا، وبعديًا تم التوصل إلى قائمة مهارات نهائية، كما أسفرت نتائج البحث عن وجود فرق دال إحصائيًا بين متوسطي درجات المتعلمين في التطبيق البعدي لصالح المجموعة التجريبية؛ مما يؤكد فاعلية إستراتيجية مدخل عمليات الكتابة لتنمية مهارات التعبير الكتابي الوظيفي لمتعلمي اللغة العربية الناطقين بغيرها في المستوى المتوسط

The research problem was identified in the weakness of functional writing expression skills among non-Arabic language learners at the intermediate level. Therefore, the research targeted a strategy based on the Approach of writing processes to develop their functional writing expression skills. After implementing the experimental items materials: the research instruments, the teacher's guide - the learners' activities booklet and the pre-post functional writing expression skills test on the research sample members that were divided into two groups: experimental and controlled groups, a final list of skills was defined, and the research results revealed a statistically significant difference between the mean scores of the learners in the two groups in favor of the experimental group, which confirms the effectiveness of the writing process Approach for developing the functional writing Skills for the non-native speakers of Arabic at the intermediate level.
