الفصل الثانى : يتضمن هذا الفصل ثلاث محاور رئيسية وهى كالأتى: (الواقع الافتراضي، الألعاب الإلكترونية، الأفكار اللاعقلانية، سمات الشخصية) والتطور التاريخى للألعاب واهميتها وانواعها وايجابيتها وسلبياتها، كما تحدثت الدراسة عن خصائص الواقع الأفتراضى وانواعه وخصائصة، ومفهوم البيئة الأفتراضية والجماعات الأفتراضية وسلبياتها، وتناول الفصل خصائص سمات الشخصية والعوامل المتحكمة في بناء الشخصية وتصنيفات سمات الشخصية ونظرياتها وطرق قياسها، كما تناول الأفكار اللاعقلانية وخصائصها ونظرياتها والأفكار اللاعقلانية التي تؤدي إلى الاضطراب الانفعالي و الجـوانب الإيجابية والسلبية للنظرية والانتقادات الموجهة للنظرية.
