استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفى الارتباطى.
 عينات الدراسة: تكونت عينة الدراسة من (100) طفلاً ذوي اضطراب نقص الانتباه / فرط النشاط، بواقع (65 ذكور) و(35 إناث).
 أدوات الدراسة:
 بطارية الوظائف التنفيذية للمخ وتتكون من :
- اختبار شطب الأرقام. [ إعداد: منتصر إسماعيل، محمد الصبوة].
- اختبار شطب الحروف. [ إعداد: منتصر إسماعيل، محمد الصبوة].
- اختبار التوصيل بين الدوائر- الجزء الأول [ إعداد: منتصر إسماعيل، محمد الصبوة].
- اختبار التوصيل بين الدوائر- الجزء الثانى[ إعداد: منتصر إسماعيل، محمد الصبوة].
- اختبار "الكلمة- اللون" [ إعداد: هشام الخولى].
- بطارية الاختبارات المعرفية العاملية (عوامل الطلاقة). [ تعريب وإعداد: سليمان الشيخ, نادية عبدالسلام, أنور الشرقاوى].
 مقياس التوافق النفسي للأطفال [إعداد: أمانى عبد المقصود، إسراء عبد المقصود].
 قائمة قصور الانتباه/ فرط النشاط [إعداد: جمعة يوسف، زينب حسين].
 الأساليب الإحصائية المستخدمة في الدراسة:
1- المتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية.
2- اختبار "ت" لبيان دلالة الفروق بين المجموعات.
3- معامل ارتباط "بيرسون" من الدرجات الخام.
4- التحليل العاملى بطريقة المكونات الأساسية.

 نتائج الدراسة:
1. توجد فروق جوهرية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الأطفال الذكور ونظرائهم من الإناث فى بعض متغيرات الدراسة (عدد الإجابات الصحيحة في شطب الأرقام للفص الأيمن لوظيفة القدرة على الانتباه)، اختبار التوصيل (ب) لوظيفة التخطيط والتنظيم، الطلاقة، التوافق الاجتماعي، التوافق العام ، وفرط النشاط.
2. توجد علاقات ارتباطية جوهرية بين متغيرات الوظائف التنفيذية للمخ: الكف، الانتباه، التنظيم، الطلاقة، ومتغيرات التوافق النفسي: الشخصي، الاجتماعي، الأسري, العام؛ ونقص الانتباه؛ وفرط النشاط؛ والنمط المختلط، لدى عينة البحث الكلية.
3. تم استخلاص عامل عام من التحليل العاملي لمصفوفة معاملات الارتباط المتبادلة بين متغيرات الدراسة الستة عشر لدى عينة البحث الكلية من الأطفال الذكور والإناث المصابين بنقص الانتباه وفرط النشاط.

The researcher used the Correlative descriptive method.
 Study sample: The study sample consisted of (100) children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, (65 males) and (35 females).

 Statistical methods:
1- averages and standard deviations.
2- "T"-test to measure the fundamental differences between the groups.
3- Pearson Correlation coefficient.
4- . Factor analysis by Principal componants.
 Study results:
1. There are significant correlation relationships between male children and their female peers in some of the variables of the study (number of correct answers in writing off numbers right lobe of the function of the ability to pay attention), conduction test (b) the function of planning and organization, fluency, social adjustment, the general adjustment , hyperactivity .
2. There are significant correlation relationships between variables of executive functions of the brain, inhibition , attention, organization, fluency, and psychological adjustment variables: personal, social, family, general; and attention deficit; hyperactivity; and the mixed pattern among a sample of the study.
3. It can be drawn factor in the factor analysis of mutual correlation coefficients between the sixteen variables of the study among a sample of the study of male and female children with attention dificit and hyperactivity.
