Thaumatic Brain Injury (TBI) is one of the major medical and socioeconomic problems that can be fatal and disabling. TBI is a complex pathophysiological cascade including oxidative stress (OS), inflammatory process, abnormal accumulation of intracellular calcium, and cell death. Purpose: This study aimed to evaluate the potential therapeutic effect of thymoquinone, amlodipine, and their combination against TBI model. Study Design : Male albino mice were allocated into sham, TBI, and TBI treated with thymoquinone, amlodipine, their combination for one week
