Over years, women suffered from the widespread of Sexual Harassment (SH) phenomenon in the workplace. Despite the increased attention of antecedents and consequences of SH in the workplace, only few studies generally emerged over time to identify the SH propose and specifically within the Egyptian context. The main aim of this research is to propose a theoeretical model identifying the moderating effect of coping mechanisms and mediating effect of job stress between SH in the workplace and work-related outcome and psychological well-being, adopting stress theory
