Treatment of rats with a single dose of Cyclophosphamide and Benzo (a) Pyrene evoked the elevation of oxidative biomarkersThese oxidative agents caused marked elevation in the DNA fragmentation , raised the liver microsomal malondialdehyde level , caused mutation and increased the concentration of 8 - OHdGSupplementation of rats with Curcumin and chlorophyllin , as antioxidants , before and after the oxidants treatment , reduced these oxidative biomarkersThese antioxidants were proved to be potent in protecting rats against the oxidative stress induced by Cyclophosphamide and Benzo (a) Pyrene
