Despite considering cisplatin as one of the most efficient antineoplastic druges it has been classified as group 2 A probably carcinogenic to humans . Its toxicity is executed through DNA damage ending in cell death or mutation . Objectives : This study aims at evaluation of the hazardous health effects of cisplatin exposure among healthcare workers at the oncology department Kasr Elaini hospital by assessing DNA damage repair and immune response to that damage among those exposed workers
