تُعد العلاقات الروسية الأفريقية من الموضوعات الهامة التي تستحق الاهتمام، بحكم الروابط والصلات
التاريخية كونها علاقات قوية راسخة تمتد لفترة طويلة الأمد منذ فترة التحرر الوطني والحرب الباردة
حتى اللحظة الراهنة، وهي علاقات اعتمدت علي التعاون في مجالات مختلفة سواء كانت تجارية، أو
أمنية، أو عسكرية، وكذلك على الميراث التاريخي الجيد حيث لم تكن روسيا دولة استعمارية، وكونها
قدمت مساعدات عدة للدول الأفريقية لمساعدتها على نيل الاستقلال، وتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى دراسة
العلاقات الروسية الأفريقية في ظل الأحداث المتغيرة على الصعيد العالمي.
اعتمدت منهجية الدراسة علي رصد وتحليل كافة أشكال التعاون بين الجانبين الروسي والأفريقي.
وانتهت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج رئيسية أهمها؛ على الرغم من التاريخ الطويل للعلاقات الروسية الأفريقية
إلا أنه من الملاحظ أن فترة الانقطاع الروسي عن القارة بعد نهاية الحرب الباردة وحتى بداية الألفية
الثالثة كان لها تأثيرها السلبي على تراخي العلاقات وانحسارها لصالح دول أخري مثل الصين وأمريكا،
وكذلك القوة الدولية الوسطي مثل الهند وتركيا وغيرهم، ويتضح ذلك من انخفاض حجم التبادل التجاري
بين الجانبين حتى مع دولة مثل جنوب أفريقيا والتي تعد عضواً في البريكس مع روسيا، ومن جانب آخر
تمثلت أهم أشكال لتعاون في العلاقات العسكرية والأمنية سواء صفقات الإمداد بالأسلحة او المشاركة في
التدريبات العسكرية.

Russian-African relations are an important topic that deserves attention, by

The methodology of the study was based on monitoring and analyzing all forms
of cooperation between the Russian and African sides.
The study concluded several key conclusions, the most important of which is;
despite the long history of Russian-African relations. However, it is noteworthy
