هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التحقق من العلاقة بين مهارات التصور العقلي والمهارات اللغوية لدي الأطفال ذوي اضطراب طيف التوحد، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (٦٩) طفلا من الأطفال ذوى اضطراب طيف التوحد، وتراوحت أعمارهم الزمنية بين (4- 6) سنة، وتم استخدام مقياس مهارات التصور العقلي (إعداد الباحثة)، وقد تمثلت نتائج الدراسة في وجود علاقة ارتباطيه موجبة بين مهارات التصور العقلي والمهارات اللغوية لدى الأطفال ذوي اضطراب طيف التوحد،كما أشارت النتائج إلي ووجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط درجات الأطفال على مقياس التصور العقلي والمهارات اللغوية لدى الأطفال ذوي اضطراب طيف التوحد باختلاف النوع (الذكور، الإناث) ، لصالح مجموعة الذكور، وكشفت النتائج أيضا ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط درجات الأطفال على مقياس مهارات التصور العقلي لدي الأطفال ذوي اضطراب طيف التوحد باختلاف العمر الزمني ،كما أشارت النتائج ووجود فروق في مستوي مرتفعي ومنخفضي ومتوسطي المهارات اللغوية والتصور العقلي لصالح متوسطي الأداء لدي الأطفال ذوي اضطراب

The current study aimed to investigate the relationship between mental visualization skills and linguistic skills among children with autism spectrum disorder. The study sample consisted of (69) children with autism spectrum disorder, and their chronological ages ranged between (4-6) years, and a skills scale was used. Mental imagery (prepared by the researcher). The results of the study were represented in the existence of a positive correlation between mental imagery skills and linguistic skills in children with autism spectrum disorder. The results also indicated that there was a statistically significant relationship between the average scores of children on the mental imagery scale and the children’s linguistic skills. People with autism spectrum disorder according to gender (males, females) , in favor of the male group, and the results also revealed that there were statistically significant differences between the average scores of children on a scale of mental visualization skills among children with autism spectrum disorder according to chronological age. The results also indicated that there were differences in the levels of high, low, and average levels of linguistic skills and mental imagery in favor of the average performers among me.
