Summary: The objective of this study is to enhance the creative writing abilities of advanced-level Arabic language learners who are speakers of other languages, utilizing a strategy grounded in cultural understanding. To accomplish this goal, the researcher integrated a descriptive methodology to construct the theoretical framework, alongside an experimental approach involving a singular research group. This was undertaken to validate the efficacy of the proposed strategy based on cultural insights in fostering creative writing skills. Through a field study conducted at the Al-Azhar Institute for Teaching Arabic to Non-Native Speakers, a cohort of 40 advanced-level Arabic language learners.
