تتكون الرسالة من أربعة فصول بالإضافة إلى ملخصين باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية، يليهما الخاتمة وبعض التوصيات.
الفصل الأول: مقدمة عامة حول ارتفاع ضغط الدم، وأدوية علاج ارتفاع ضغط الدم، والمركبات الحلقية غير المتجانسة المستخدمة في علاج ارتفاع ضغط الدم.
- الفصل الثاني: الهياكل الفعالة كعوامل مضادة لارتفاع ضغط الدم، قصة طويلة بنهايات سعيدة؛ مراجعة تتبع المرشحين الواعدين الذين تم الإبلاغ عنهم.
- الفصل الثالث: تشييد عوامل موسعة للأوعية الدموية ذات فعالية عالية: التقييم الحاسوبي والتجريبي لمشتقات 6-(4-فينيل مستبدل)-3-بيريدازينون كبدائل محتملة للهيدرالازين.
الفصل الرابع: تصميم وتشييد وتوصيف مشتقات جديدة من بيريدازين-3-ون: دراسة نشاطها كموسع للأوعية الدموية في التجارب المختبرية والرؤى الحاسوبية حول تعديل إنزيم eNOS.
