هدف البحث إلى تعرُّف رؤية مصر 2030، والاطلاع على تطوير الأداء المهني للقيادات التربوية في ضوء رؤية مصر 2030، والوقوف على واقع الأداء المهني للقيادات التربوية في ضوء رؤية مصر 2030، من خلال توضيح مفهوم وأهمية القيادات التربوية ، وتوضيح برامج ،إعداد وتدريب القيادات التربوية وتقديم تصور مقترح لتطوير الأداء المهني للقيادات التربوية في ضوء رؤية مصر 2030، وتكونت عينة البحث من (53) قائدًا تربويًّا من إدارة شمال محافظة الجيزة التابعة لوزارة التربية والتعليم من المجتمع الكلي (100) قائد تربوي لتطبيق إجراءات البحث وتحقيق فهم دور الأداء المهني للقيادات التربوية في ضوء رؤية مصر 2030، وتوصل البحث إلى توفير برامج تدريبية مستمرة للقادة التربويين لتعزيز مهاراتهم القيادية، ودعم القادة التربويين في بناء علاقات إيجابية مع المعلمين والطلاب، وأولياء الأمور، وأفراد المجتمع المحلي، وتقديم برامج تدريبية وورش عمل متخصصة للقادة التربويين تشمل مهارات القيادة، وإدارة الوقت، والتفاوض، والتحفيز، وغيرها من المهارات اللازمة لتحسين أدائهم.

The objectives of the research are to learn about Egypt’s Vision 2030, learn about the development of the professional performance of educational leaders in light of Egypt’s Vision 2030, determine the reality of the professional performance of educational leaders in light of Egypt’s Vision 2030, By clarifying the concept and importance of educational leadership and clarifying the programs, preparation and training of educational leadership and present a proposed vision for developing the professional performance of educational leaders in light of Egypt’s Vision 2030. The research sample consisted of (53) educational leaders from the North Administration of Giza Governorate, affiliated with the Ministry of Education, from the total community (100) educational leaders to apply research procedures and achieve an understanding of the role of professional performance of educational leaders in light of Egypt’s Vision 2030. The research Get in touch by providing continuous training programs for educational leaders. To enhance their leadership skills, support educational leaders in building positive relationships with student teachers, parents, and members of the local community, and provide specialized training programs and workshops for educational leaders, including leadership skills, time management, negotiation, motivation, and other skills necessary to improve their performance.
