Aim: This study aimed to explore the factors contributing to career change among nurses working at different Sohag city hospitals. Subject and Methods: Descriptive exploratory design was adopted to conduct this study. The study was conducted at the Main three governmental hospitals in Sohag city. The study participants were (250) all categories of nursing staff from all age categories and different educational levels. Tools: Career Satisfaction questionnaire and Anticipated Career Change questionnaire were used for data collection. Results: Based on the analysis of the participant`s responses, the result revealed that there was a highly significant negative correlations between career change decision and cultural satisfaction (r= -0.279, p = 0.000).
