هدفت الدراسة الحالية التعرُّف على واقع تطبيق القيادة التشاركيَّة في إدارة رياض الأطفال وحصر المعوقات التي تحول دون تحقيق تطبيق القيادة التشاركيَّة برياض الأطفال ومحاولة التغلب عليها، واستخدمت الباحثة الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات، وتكوَّنت من خمسة محاور رئيسية، وهي: التشاركيَّة، والعلاقات الإنسانيَّة، والتحفيز، والتفويض، وإدارة رياض الأطفال في ضوء بعض الاتجاهات العالميَّة المعاصرة (إعداد الباحثة)، وتكوَّنت العينة من 30 مديرة رياض أطفال و60معلمة رياض أطفال ملحقين بمدارس رسميَّة وخاصَّة ودوليَّة، واستخدمت الباحثة بطاقة الملاحظة التتابعيَّة؛ لرصد واقع تطبيق القيادة التشاركيَّة في إدارة رياض الأطفال لعدد 5 مديرات (إعداد الباحثة)، استعانت الدراسة بالمنهج الوصفي؛ لمناسبته لطبيعتها. وتوصَّلت الدراسة إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائيَّة عند مستوى 0.05 بين أفراد عينة الدراسة من مديرات ومعلمات رياض الأطفال لصالح المديرات، كما توصَّلت الدراسة إلى وجود قصور في بعض النواحي الفعليَّة لتطبيق مبدأ التشاركيَّة في إدارة رياض الأطفال مثل(مبدأ التفويض والتشاركية في صنع واتخاذ القرارات )؛ ممَّا يعكس أداء المديرة للتحفيز والتفويض والتشاركيَّة في صنع واتخاذ القرارات بصورة ضعيفة. The current study aimed to identify the reality of applying participative leadership in kindergarten management and identify the obstacles that prevent achieving of applying participative leadership in kindergartens and try to overcome them. The researcher used the questionnaire as a tool for collecting data, and it consisted of five main axes: participation, human relations, motivation, delegation, and kindergarten management in light of some contemporary global trends (prepared by/ the researcher), the sample consisted of (30) kindergarten managers and (60) kindergarten teachers from “public, private, and international” schools. The researcher also used a follow-up observation card to record the reality of applying participative leadership in kindergarten management for five managers (prepared by/ the researcher). The researcher used the descriptive method, as it was appropriate to the type of study. The results of the study concluded that there were statistically significant differences at the level (0.05) between the members of the study sample of female managers and teachers in favor of female managers. The results also showed that there were deficiencies in some actual aspects of applying the principle of participation in kindergarten management. This reflects that the manager’s performance in terms of motivation, delegation, and participation in decision-making was weak.
