marital disruptions within Egyptian families, identifying key factors that
contribute to marital instability. Through comprehensive data analysis, a sample of 400
married men and women was studied, and their data was collected through a questionnaire
after obtaining their consent to use the data for scientific research. The research highlights
that family interference, lack of appreciation, and boredom are significant causes of marital
conflicts, with internet-related issues such as excessive usage and the influence of social
media celebrities also contributing. The study further explores how demographic and
socioeconomic factors, including age, income, and marital history, influence perceptions of
marital stability. Regression analysis reveals that moderate internet use and alternative
social media platforms can reduce the likelihood of marital disputes, while excessive use,
particularly for work-related purposes, increases conflict. Based on these findings, the
study recommends strategies for enhancing marital stability, including financial planning,
setting internet usage boundaries, and promoting work-life balance. It concludes that by
adopting these recommendations, couples can better navigate the challenges posed by the
internet and social media, fostering healthier and more resilient marriages. تتناول هذه الدراسة تأثير استخدام الإنترنت ووسائل التواصل الاجتماعي على الاضطرابات الزوجية داخل الأسر المصرية، وتحديد العوامل الرئيسية التي تساهم في عدم الاستقرار الزوجي. ومن خلال تحليل شامل للبيانات من خلال دراسة عينه قدرها 400 متزوج من الذكور والاناث وتجميع بياناتهم من خلال استبيان بعد اخذ موافقتهم علي استخدام البيانات للبحث العلمي و يسلط البحث الضوء على أن تدخل الأسرة، ونقص التقدير، والملل هي أسباب مهمة للصراعات الزوجية، مع مساهمة القضايا المتعلقة بالإنترنت مثل الاستخدام المفرط وتأثير مشاهير وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي أيضًا. وتستكشف الدراسة كذلك كيف تؤثر العوامل الديموغرافية والاجتماعية والاقتصادية، بما في ذلك العمر والدخل والتاريخ الزوجي، على تصورات الاستقرار الزوجي. يكشف تحليل الانحدار أن الاستخدام المعتدل للإنترنت ومنصات التواصل الاجتماعي البديلة يمكن أن يقلل من احتمالية النزاعات الزوجية، في حين أن الاستخدام المفرط، وخاصة لأغراض العمل، يزيد من الصراع. وبناءً على هذه النتائج، توصي الدراسة باستراتيجيات لتعزيز الاستقرار الزوجي، بما في ذلك التخطيط المالي، وتحديد حدود استخدام الإنترنت، وتعزيز التوازن بين العمل والحياة. وتخلص إلى أنه من خلال تبني هذه التوصيات، يمكن للأزواج التعامل بشكل أفضل مع التحديات التي يفرضها استخدام الإنترنت ووسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، وتعزيز الزيجات الأكثر صحة ومرونة.
