Through comprehensive data analysis, a sample of 400 <br/>married men and women was studied, and their data was collected through a questionnaire <br/>after obtaining their consent to use the data for scientific research. The research highlights <br/>that family interference, lack of appreciation, and boredom are significant causes of marital <br/>conflicts, with internet-related issues such as excessive usage and the influence of social <br/>media celebrities also contributing. The study further explores how demographic and <br/>socioeconomic factors, including age, income, and marital history, influence perceptions of <br/>marital stability. Regression analysis reveals that moderate internet use and alternative <br/>social media platforms can reduce the likelihood of marital disputes, while excessive use, <br/>particularly for work-related purposes, increases conflict. Based on these findings, the <br/>study recommends strategies for enhancing marital stability, including financial planning, <br/>setting internet usage boundaries, and promoting work-life balance. It concludes that by <br/>adopting these recommendations, couples can better navigate the challenges posed by the <br/>internet and social media, fostering healthier and more resilient marriages. |
