هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التحقق من فعالية برنامج قائم على نموذج دنفر لتنمية بعض المهارات المعرفيَّة في خفض بعض السُّلوكيات التكراريَّة لدى الأطفال ذوي اضطراب التوحُّد، التحقق من استمرارية فعالية البرنامج لتنمية بعض المهارات المعرفيَّة وخفض بعض السُّلوكيات التكراريَّة للأطفال ذوي اضطراب التوحُّد، تكونت العينة من (10) أطفال ذوي اضطراب التوحُّد البسيط، ممن تتراوح أعمارهم ما بين (3: 5) سنوات بمتوسط عمري (4.11) عام، وانحراف معياري (0.61)، تم تقسيمهم إلى مجموعتين بالتساوي، احدهما تجريبية والأخرى ضابطة، وقد استخدمت الدراسة مقياس جيليام لتشخيص اضطراب التوحُّد - الاصدار الثالث (تعريب: إيهاب الببلاوي، أيمن سالم، محمد الخطاوي، 2022)، ومقياس المهارات المعرفيَّة ومقياس السُّلوكيات التكراريَّة للأطفال ذوي اضطراب التوحُّد (إعداد الباحثة)، وأسفرت نتائج الدراسة عن وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي رتب درجات أطفال المجموعتين التجريبية والضابطة على مقياس المهارات المعرفيَّة ومقياس السُّلوكيات التكراريَّة في القياس البعدي لصالح المجموعة التجريبية، توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي رتب درجات أطفال المجموعة التجريبية على مقياس المهارات المعرفيَّة ومقياس السُّلوكيات التكراريَّة في القياسين القبلي والبعدي لصالح القياس البعدي، لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي رتب درجات أطفال المجموعة التجريبية على مقياس المهارات المعرفيَّة ومقياس السُّلوكيات التكراريَّة في القياسين القياسين البعدي والتتبعي. The current study aimed to verify the effectiveness of a program based on the Denver model to develop some cognitive skills in reducing some repetitive behaviors in children with autism disorder, and to verify the continuity of the effectiveness of the program to develop some cognitive skills and reduce some repetitive behaviors in children with autism disorder. The study sample consisted of (10) children with autism spectrum disorder, aged between (3:5) years, with an average age of (4.11) years, and a standard deviation of (0.61) for two groups, one experimental and the other control.The study used the Gilliam scale for diagnosing autism disorder - third edition (Arabization: Ihab El-Beblawi, Ayman Salem, Muhammad Al-Khatawi, 2022), and the Cognitive Skills Scale and the Repetitive Behavior Scale for Children with Autism Disorder (prepared by the researcher). The results of the study showed that there were statistically significant differences between the average ranks of the scores of the children of the experimental and control groups on the cognitive skills scale and the repetitive behaviors scale in the post-measurement in favor of the experimental group. There were statistically significant differences between the average ranks of the scores of the children of the experimental group on the cognitive skills scale and the repetitive behaviors scale in the pre- and post-measurement in favor of the post-measurement. There were no statistically significant differences between the average ranks of the scores of the children of the experimental group on the cognitive skills scale and the repetitive behaviors scale in the post- measurement and follow-up measurement.
