Summary, etc. Job performance is a set of behaviors that reflect the performance of the teacher's <br/>work and responsibilities associated with her job, which are assigned to teachers by the <br/>Ministry of Education. Job performance plays a pivotal role in the educational process, <br/>with many studies studying the job performance of teachers and staff of educational <br/>institutions. The results of the study showed that there are no differences in the level of <br/>performance of private school teachers that are attributable to variables such as gender, <br/>qualification, years of experience and importance. On the other hand, job performance is <br/>influenced by other factors such as work stress and psychological burnout.<br/> Job performance is associated with some variables, such as work stress: some <br/>researchers argue that work stress is an emerging condition due to an individual's <br/>incompatibility with the working environment due to the interaction of several factors and <br/>influences related to an individual's external and internal environment. A number of <br/>researchers have called for conducting further research on the relationship of work <br/>stress to the job performance of kindergarten and primary education teachers, , as there <br/>is an inverse relationship between job performance and work stress; the higher the work <br/>stress, the lower the female teacher's job performance.<br/> Job performance is also related to psychological burnout: some researchers argue <br/>that psychological burnout is an emotional reaction to the constant stress that a person<br/>faces in the work environment, while many researchers consider psychological burnout <br/>as a psychological disorder. Therefore, job performance is related to psychological <br/>burnout in an inverse relationship; the higher the psychological burnout, the lower the <br/>teacher's job performance
