| Summary, etc. | This thesis develops and applies the Exponentiated Normal (Exp-N) regression model for analyzing medical data, focusing on its advantages over the standard Normal model. It explores the statistical properties of the Exp-N distribution, develops the regression model, and evaluates its performance through simulations with varying sample sizes(20, 30,50, 100, 150, 200), and a real dataset on TESTOSTERONElevels. The findings show that the Exp-N model outperforms the Normal model based on AIC and BIC criteria and reveal significant relationships between testosterone levels and medical indicators, particularly the impact of firm size. The study concludes that the Exp-N model offers a more effective approach for medical data analysis. |

| Summary, etc. | تطورهذه الرسالة وتطبقنموذج الانحدار الطبيعي الأسي(Exp-N) لتحليل البيانات الطبية والإحصائية، مع التركيز بشكل خاص على Exp-N في المؤشرات الطبية. كانت الأهداف الرئيسية هي دراسة الخصائص الإحصائية لتوزيع Exp-N، وتطوير نموذج انحدار Exp-N، وتقييم أداء النموذج من خلال المحاكاة وتطبيق البيانات الحقيقية، ومقارنته بنموذج الانحدار الطبيعي القياسي. شملت المنهجية دراسة نظرية لخصائص توزيع Exp-N، وبناء نموذج الانحدار، وأساليب تقدير المعاملات (MLE وMLE مع دالة البقاء)، واستخدام محاكاة مونت كارلو لأحجام عينات مختلفة (20، 30، 50، 100، 150، 200)، وتحليل البواقي باستخدام أساليب متقدمة، وتطبيقها على بيانات هرمون التستوستيرون من 56 مشاهدة. أشارت نتائج مهمة إلى أن نموذج الانحدار الطبيعي الأسيExp-N كان أداؤه أكثر فعالية بشكل ملحوظ من النموذج الطبيعي بناءً على معايير (AIC وBIC)، كما وجدت الدراسة علاقات مهمة بين هرمون التستوستيرون والمؤشرات الطبية، حيث كان لحجم الشركة تأثير إيجابي قوي على هرمون التستوستيرون. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، أظهرت الرسالة أنه مع زيادة حجم العينة، يتفوق النموذج في الأداء، مما يؤكد أهمية اختيار عينات كافية للتطبيقات التجريبية. تتكون الرسالة من أربعة فصول رئيسية تغطي الخلفية النظرية، ونماذج الانحدار الطبيعية وExp-N، ودراسة المحاكاة، والتطبيق التجريبي. وفي الختام، تقدم الدراسة إطارًا شاملاً لتطبيق نموذج Exp-N في التحليل الطبي، مما يظهر تفوقه على الأساليب التقليدية. |
