Lean Management has emerged as a cornerstone of operational excellence, offering <br/>industrial organizations a pathway to enhanced productivity, quality, and efficiency. This <br/>study investigates the application of Lean tools—5S, Just-in-Time (JIT), and Continuous <br/>Improvement (CI)—within the context of industrial companies, aiming to address challenges <br/>such as waste reduction, process optimization, and employee engagement. <br/><br/>The research adopts a mixed-method approach, combining quantitative data from <br/>structured surveys with secondary data extracted from operational records, including <br/>production outputs, defect rates, and lead times. Statistical tools like regression analysis, <br/>paired t-tests, and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) are utilized to draw meaningful <br/>insights from pre- and post-implementation data. <br/><br/>Key findings reveal substantial improvements post-Lean implementation. <br/>Productivity metrics showed a significant rise, with monthly production outputs nearly <br/>doubling and lead times halving. Defect rates dropped markedly, and waste levels reduced, <br/>reflecting the efficacy of Lean principles in streamlining processes and achieving quality <br/>enhancements.
