| Summary, etc. | لما كانت الاستثمارات الأجنبية المباشرة أحد أهم رکائز النمو الاقتصادي واستدامته للدول نظرًا للدور الذي يمكن أن تلعبه في عمليات التنمية الاقتصادية حيث تعد مصدرًا مهمًا للعملة الأجنبية التي تستخدم في تغذية الاحتياطي الأجنبي للدولة وكذلك في تسديد المديونية الخارجية بالإضافة إلى ما يمكن أن تسهم به في نقل وتوطين التكنولوجيا وتخفيض نسب البطالة.من ثم تناولت هذه الدراسة دور تحسين بيئة الأعمال والاستثمار في مصر في الحد من تداعيات أزمة "كورونا" على تراجع تدفقات الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر الواردة إلى مصر خلال فترة الأزمة وحتى اتساع دائرة التفاؤل بقرب الخروج من الجائحة مع التعافي التدريجي والتغلب على حالة الطوارىء في عام 2022 من خلال تحليل بيئة الاستثمار في مصر عبر دراسة اتجاهات تطور تدفقات الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر في مصر قبل الأزمة وبعدها، وتداعيات الجائحة على الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر في مصر وعالمياً، وكذلك الجهود الدولية والمصرية للحد من التداعيات الاقتصادية للجائحة بالإضافة إلى دراسة أهم محددات بيئة الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر في مصر وتحليل مدى تنافسية بيئة الأعمال المصرية في ضوء عدد من المؤشرات الدولية التي تقيس مدى تنافسية مناخ وبيئة الاستثمار.وانتهت إلى تقديم عدد من التوصيات والمقترحات لتطوير بيئة الأعمال ومناخ الاستثمار في مصر على عدة محاور بما يسهم في الحد من تداعيات الجائحة على تدفقات الاستثمارات الأجنبية المباشرة واستغلال الفرص التي قد تتيحها الجائحة من خلال استقطاب المزيد من الاستثمارات الأجنبية الباحثة عن وجهات جديدة في أعقاب الأزمة. |
