| Summary, etc. | هدف البحث إلى التحقق من فاعلية برنامج معرفي سلوكي لتنمية المرونة النفسية لمعلمات الروضة وعلاقتها بالأمن النفسي للطفل، وقد تكونت عينة البحث من 20 معلمة من معلمات الروضة موزعين على مجموعتين تجريبية وضابطة كل مجموعه 10 معلمات حيث تتراوح اعمارهن من 30 – 35 وأطفالهن. واعتمد البحث على الادوات التالية: مقياس المرونة النفسية لمعلمات الروضة إعداد الباحثة، ومقياس الامن النفسي للطفل إعداد الباحثة، والبرنامج الارشادي إعداد الباحثة، واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج شبه التجريبي ذو المجموعتين. وأسفرت النتائج عن: فاعلية برنامج معرفي سلوكي لتنمية المرونة النفسية لمعلمات الروضة وعلاقتها بالأمن النفسي للطفل، كما أشارت النتائج إلى استمرار فاعلية برنامج معرفي سلوكي لتنمية المرونة النفسية لمعلمات الروضة وعلاقتها بالأمن النفسي للطفل بعد انتهاء فترة المتابعة، وفي ضوء تلك قدمت الباحثة مجموعة من التوصيات. |

| Summary, etc. | The research aimed to verify the effectiveness of a cognitive-behavioral program to develop psychological resilience for kindergarten teachers and its relationship to the child's psychological security. The research sample consisted of 20 kindergarten teachers distributed into two experimental and control groups, each group consisting of 10 teachers, with ages ranging from 30 to 35, and their children. The research relied on the following tools: a scale of psychological resilience for kindergarten teachers prepared by the researcher, a scale of psychological security for the child prepared by the researcher, and a guidance program prepared by the researcher. The researcher used the quasi-experimental approach with two groups. The results showed: the effectiveness of a cognitive-behavioral program to develop psychological resilience for kindergarten teachers and its relationship to the child's psychological security. The results also indicated the continued effectiveness of a cognitive-behavioral program to develop psychological resilience for kindergarten teachers and its relationship to the child's psychological security after the end of the follow-up period. In light of this, the researcher presented a set of recommendations. |
