| Summary, etc. | Purpose: This study aimed to identify the impact of organizational culture on <br/>innovative behavior in multinational banks. <br/>Methodology: The descriptive research method was used, and a questionnaire <br/>was designed. The data required for the study were collected through a stratified <br/>probability sample, and the answers of 601 bank employees were completed. The <br/>structural equation modeling technique was used to analyze the data thoroughly to <br/>determine the level of the relationship between organizational culture and innovative <br/>behavior based on the statistical program SPSS V.26 and LISREL8.80. <br/>Results: The results indicate that organizational culture partially affects <br/>innovative behavior. The results show that innovative and bureaucratic cultures <br/>positively affect innovative behavior, while supportive culture has no significant <br/>effect. <br/>Scientific originality: This study focused on examining the actual role of <br/>organizational culture and how it affects innovative behavior in multinational bank’s <br/>works in Egyptian banking sector |

| Summary, etc. | الهدف: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر الثقافة التنظيمية على السلوك الابتكاري في البنوك متعددة الجنسيات العاملة في القطاع المصرفي المصري.<br/>المنهجية: تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي، واستخدام أسلوب العينات الاحتمالية، وبالاعتماد على العينات الطبقية في جمع 601 استجابة من مفردات المجتمع، كما تم استخدام أسلوب نمذجة المعادلات الهيكلية لتحليل البيانات لتحديد مستوى العلاقة بين الثقافة التنظيمية والسلوك الابتكاري استنادا إلى البرنامج الإحصائي SPSS V.26 وLISREL8.80.<br/>النتائج: تشير النتائج إلى أن الثقافة التنظيمية تؤثر جزئياً على السلوك الابتكاري، مما أوضح ان الثقافة المبتكرة والثقافة البيروقراطية تؤثران بشكل إيجابي على السلوك الابتكاري، في حين أن الثقافة الداعمة ليس لها تأثير معنوي.<br/>الأصالة العلمية: ركزت هذه الدراسة على التحقيق في الدور الفعلي للثقافة التنظيمية في البنوك. كما هدفت الدراسة إلى سد الفجوة العلمية في الأدبيات من خلال دراسة تأثير الثقافة التنظيمية على السلوك الابتكاري. |
