Summary, etc. The aim of this study is to examine the effect of entrepreneurial leadership <br/>behavior on innovative work behavior, with employee engagement investigated as <br/>a mediating variable in this relationship. <br/>To achieve this purpose, a purposive random sample consisting of 398 valid <br/>responses was collected from employees working in the five largest public sector <br/>banks in Egypt. <br/>The findings revealed that entrepreneurial leadership behavior has a significant <br/>positive effect on innovative work behavior. Moreover, the results indicated that <br/>employee engagement partially mediates the relationship between entrepreneurial <br/>leadership behavior and innovative work behavior. <br/>These findings highlight the importance of fostering entrepreneurial leadership <br/>behaviors within organizations, as they play both a direct and indirect role in <br/>enhancing employees’ innovative work behavior through higher levels of employee <br/>engagement.

Summary, etc. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى فحص أثر سلوك القيادة الريادية على سلوك العمل الابتكاري، مع دراسة دور الانخراط الوظيفي كمتغير وسيط في هذه العلاقة.<br/>ولتحقيق هذا الهدف، تم جمع عينة قصدية عشوائية مكونة من (398) استجابة صالحة من العاملين في أكبر خمسة بنوك بالقطاع العام في مصر.<br/>وكشفت النتائج أن سلوك القيادة الريادية له تأثير إيجابي معنوي على سلوك العمل الابتكاري. كما أشارت النتائج إلى أن الانخراط الوظيفي يتوسط جزئيًا العلاقة بين سلوك القيادة الريادية وسلوك العمل الابتكاري.<br/>وتبرز هذه النتائج أهمية تعزيز سلوكيات القيادة الريادية داخل المنظمات، لما لها من دور مباشر وغير مباشر في تنمية السلوك الابتكاري للعاملين من خلال رفع مستويات الانخراط الوظيفي.
