| Summary, etc. | هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن العلاقة بين العمل التطوعى و العوامل الخمسة الكبرى للشخصية لدى عينة من الشباب الجامعى المتطوعين و غير المتطوعين. تكونت عينة الدراسة من (400) من الشباب الجامعى من الجنسين تتراوح أعمارهم بين (18 - 21) سنة "200" من الشباب الجامعى المتطوعين بجمعية رسالة بعد فترة من تطوعهم: "200" من الشباب الجامعى غير المتطوعين. تم استخدام الأدوات التالية مقياس العوامل الخمسة الكبرى للشخصية لكوستا و ماكرى تعريب بدر الأنصارى: و مقياس العمل التطوعى إعداد الباحثة. استخدمت الأساليب الإحصائية المتوسط الحسابى: الانحراف المعيارى: معادلة ألفاكرونباخ: التحليل العاملى: معادلة سبيرمان براون: معادلة بيرسون |
