هدف البحث إلى تنمية كفايات الإشراف التربوي باستخدام بيئات التعلم عن بُعد بالمملكة العربية السعودية، تكونت العينة من 35 من المشرفين التربويين والمعلمين القائمين بمهام إشرافية بشركة النمو الأهلية التابع لها مدارس النمو الأهلية، وذلك من خلال اعتمد التصميم التجريبي للبحث على مجموعة تجريبية واحدة، وقد توصل البحث إلى فاعلية برنامج التدريب الإلكتروني المبني على قائمة من كفايات الإشراف التربوي في بيئات التعلم عن بُعد المعرفية والمهارية والوجدانية , واقتصر البحث الحالي على محورين: المحور الأول: الكفايات المعرفية المرتبطة بالإشراف التربوي في بيئات التعلم عن بُعد واشتمل على ثلاث كفايات معرفية أساسية تضمنت 40 كفاية معرفية فرعية، والمحور الثاني: الكفايات المهارية المرتبطة بالإشراف التربوي في بيئات التعلم عن بُعد واشتمل على سبع كفايات مهارية أساسية تضمنت 114 كفاية مهارية فرعية، ليكون إجمالي الكفايات 154 كفاية معرفية ومهارية للإشراف التربوي في بيئات التعلم عن بُعد في البيئة المعدة للبحث، وهي المنصة التعليمية المعدة لذلك https://alnemow.com، لتنمية كفايات الإشراف التربوي في بيئات التعلم عن بُعد بالمملكة العربية السعودية.
The Aime of this research is to develop the educational supervision sufficiency in distance learning environments in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, on a sample of 35 educational supervisors and teachers who carry out supervisory tasks in the National Growth Company to which the National Growth Schools are affiliated, through one experimental group, and the research reached through treatment Experimental view of the effectiveness of the e-training program based on a list of educational supervision sufficiency in distance learning environments, which included two axes: The first axis was the cognitive sufficiency associated with educational supervision in distance learning environments and included three basic cognitive sufficiency that included 40 sub-cognitive sufficiency , and the second axis sufficiency The skill related to educational supervision is a dimension and it included seven basic skill sufficiency that included 114 sub skill sufficiency , so that the total sufficiency were 154 knowledge and skill sufficiency for educational supervision in distance learning environments in the environment prepared for research, which is the educational platform prepared for that.https://alnemow.com To develop the sufficiency of educational supervision in distance learning environments in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
