هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تعرُّف العوامل التي تؤثر على فرص التحاق الطلاب بالتعليم الجامعي بمصر في ضوء مدخل القدرات البشرية ، باستخدام المنهج الكيفي أثبت هذه الدراسة قوة مدخل القدرات البشرية باعتباره إطار نظري مفيد وقوي لفهم تعقيدات وتحديات الالتحاق بالتعليم الجامعي خاصة أن الاهتمام بالنواتج التعليمية وحدها كما في نظرية رأس المال البشري من شأنه أن يخلق أشكالًا جديدة من الظلم والاستبعاد الاجتماعي لعدم الاهتمام بالفروق الفردية و الظروف المحيطة بالشخص التي تؤثر على التحاقه بالتعليم الجامعي ولكن مدخل القدرات البشرية يشير إلى ضرورة إعطاء اهتمام خاص لفهم عوامل التحويل الشخصية والاجتماعية والبيئية المعقدة التي تؤثر على حرية الفرصة للطلاب لذا تنتهي الدراسة برؤية مستقبلية للالتحاق بالتعليم الجامعي المصري في ضوء مدخل القدرات البشرية .

This study aimed to identify the factors that affect the chances of students enrolling in university education in Egypt in the light of the entrance to human capabilities, and through the use of the qualitative approach This study demonstrated the power of human capabilities approach as a useful and strong theoretical framework to understand the complexities and challenges of enrollment in university education, especially since interest in educational products alone as in the theory of human capital that would create new forms of injustice and social exclusion to not pay attention to the individual differences and the circumstances surrounding the person that affects On joining university education, but the entrance to human capabilities indicates the need to give special attention to understanding the complex personal, social and environmental transfer factors that affect the freedom of the opportunity for students, Therefore, the study ends with a future vision to access to Egyptian university education in light of the entrance to human capabilities
