هدف البحث إلى التحقق من فاعلية برنامج قائم على الاستجابة المحورية لتنمية التواصل الاجتماعي لدى الأطفال الذاتويين والتحقق من استمراريته، واعتمد الباحث على عينة مكونة من عدد (10) أطفال ذاتويون تراوحت أعمارهم بين (4 إلى 6) سنوات، واستخدم البحث المنهج شبه التجريبي، واعتمد البحث على الأدوات التالية: مقياس ستانفورد بينيه للذكاء- الصورة الخامسة (إعداد صفوت فرج، 2011).مقياس جيليام التقديري لتشخيص اضطراب الذاتوية-الإصدار الثالث GARS-3 إعداد وتعريب عادل عبد الله، وعبير أبو المجد (2020).مقياس تقدير التواصل الاجتماعي للأطفال الذاتويين إعداد الباحث.، برنامج الاستجابة المحورية – إعداد الباحث -وأسفر البحث عن وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي رتب الأطفال الذاتويين في القياسين القبلي والبعدي للبرنامج على مقياس تقدير التواصل الاجتماعي لصالح القياس البعدي عند مستوى دلالة (0,01) بينما لم تظهر فروق بين متوسطات رتب درجات الأطفال في القياسين البعدي والتتبعي للبرنامج على مقياس تقدير التواصل الاجتماعي للأطفال الذاتويين بعد مرور شهر من القياس البعدي مما يدل على استمرارية فعالية البرنامج.

The research aimed to verify the effectiveness of a program based on the pivotal response to develop social communication among autistic children and verify its continuity. The researcher relied on a sample of (10) autistic children whose ages ranged from (4 to 6) years. Research on the following tools: Stanford-Binet Intelligence Scale - Fifth Picture (prepared by Safwat Faraj, 2011). Gilliam Estimated Scale for Autism Spectrum Disorder - Third Edition GARS-3 Prepared and localized by Adel Abdullah and Abeer Abul-Magd (2020). Social Communication Rating Scale For autistic children prepared by the researcher., The pivotal response program - prepared by the researcher. The research resulted in the presence of statistically significant differences between the average ranks of autistic children in the pre and post measurements of the program on the social communication assessment scale in favor of the post measurement at the level of significance (0.01), while it did not appear Differences between the average ranks of the children’s scores in the post and follow-up measurements of the program on the social communication assessment scale for autistic children after a month has passed from the post measurement, which indicates the continuity of the program’s effectiveness.
