: هدف البحث الحالي إلى تقديم برنامج قائم على نظرية مونتيسوري لتنمية القيم والمهارات الاجتماعية المتضمنة في منهج الدراسات الاجتماعية وخفض حدة التنمر لدى تلاميذ المرحلة الابتدائية، من خلال بناء قائمة القيم الاجتماعية الواجب تنميتها لدى تلاميذ الصف السادس الابتدائي تكونت من (8) بعد رئيس ومن (22 ) بعد فرعي، ثم بناء مقياس القيم الاجتماعية والذي تكون من ( 8) رئيس ومن ( 21) بعد فرعي، وبناء قائمة المهارات الاجتماعية والتي تكونت من ( 25) بعد رئيس ومن (18) بعد فرعي، وبناء مقياس المهارات الاجتماعية والذي تكون من ( 5) بعد رئيس ومن ( 23) بعد فرعي، وبناء اختبار مواقف لمظاهر التنمر والذى تكون من (16) عبارة، وقد أظهرت النتائج تفوق المجموعة التجربيبة على الضابطة في التطبيق البعدي كالاتي: في مقياس القيم الاجتماعية حصلت الضابطة على متوسط درجات(51.8387) وحصلت التجريبية على متوسط درجات ( 64.8387) لصالح التجريبية، وفي مقياس المهارات الاجتماعية حصلت الضابطة في البعدي على متوسط درجات ( 23.935) ، وحصلت التجريبية على متوسط درجات ( 27.6786) لصالح التجريبية، وفي اختبار المواقف البعدي حصلت الضابطة على متوسط درجات ( 16.6) وحصلت التجريبية على متوسط درجات ( 18.76) لصالح التجريبية، وذلك بعد تطبيق البرنامج المقترح القائم علة نظرية مونتيسوري لتنمية القيم والمهارات الاجتماعية المتضمنة في منهج الدراسات الاجتماعية وخفض حدة التنمر لدى تلاميذ المرحلة الابتدائية.

The objective of the current research is to provide a program based on Montessori theory to develop social values and skills included in the social studies curriculum and reduce the severity of bullying among primary school students, by building a list of social values that must be developed among sixth graders, consisting of (8) main dimensions and (22) sub-dimensions, then building a scale of social values, which consists of (8) main and (21) sub-dimensions, and building a list of social skills, which consisted of (25) main dimensions and (18) sub-dimensions, and building a social skills scale that consists of (8) main dimensions and (21) sub-dimensions. It consists of (5) a main dimension and (23) a sub-dimension, and building an attitude test for manifestations of bullying, which consists of (16) statements. The results showed the superiority of the experimental group over the control group in the post application as follows: In the measure of social values, the control group obtained an average score of (51.8387) and the experimental group obtained an average score of (64.8387) in favor of the experimental one. 27.6786) in favor of the experimental, and in the post-attitudes test, the control group obtained an average score of (16.6), and the experimental obtained an average score of (18.76) in favor of the experimental, after applying the proposed program based on the Montessori theory to develop social values and skills included in the social studies curriculum and reduce the severity of bullying among primary school students
