تتحدد مشكلة البحث في: ضعف مهارات الاستيعاب القرائي والكتابة، لدى متعلمي اللغة العربية الناطقين بلغات أخرى للمستوى المتقدم؛ مما دفع الباحثة لاقتراح برنامج قائم على مدخل التعلم المقلوب، لتنمية مهارات الاستيعاب القرائي والكتابة، وتمكينهم من المهارات المناسبة، وقد استخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي في صياغة الإطار النظري، وكذلك في بناء الأدوات وبيان أسس إعداد البرنامج المقترح، كما أنه استخدم المنهج التجريبي في تطبيق البرنامج، وتحديد أدوات البحث، واختيار مجموعة البحث؛ وذلك لبيان مدى تمكن متعلمي اللغة العربية الناطقين بلغات أخرى من بعض مهارات اللغة العربية، وتمكنهم من هذه المهارات؛ وقد استلزم بناء البرنامج تحديد مهارات الاستيعاب القرائي والكتابة، وبناء اختبار لقياس التمكن من مهارات الاستيعاب القرائي، وكذلك بناء اختبار لقياس تمكن متعلمي اللغة العربية الناطقين بلغات أخرى في المستوى المتقدم من مهارات الكتابة، واستمارة تحليل أخطاء كتابات المتعلمين من مهارات الكتابة، وقد تم إعداد البرنامج القائم على مدخل التعلم المقلوب لتنمية الاستيعاب القرائي والكتابة المناسبة لمتعلمي اللغة العربية الناطقين بلغات أخرى للمستوى المتقدم، وتعرف فاعلية البرنامج القائم على مدخل التعلم المقلوب؛ لتنمية مهارات الاستيعاب القرائي والكتابة المناسبة لمتعلمي اللغة العربية الناطقين بلغات أخرى للمستوى المتقدم.

The research problem is determined in the weakness of the reading and writing skills among non-native Arabic language learners the advanced level, which prompted the researcher to propose a program based on the flipped learning approach, to develop the reading and writing skills, and enabling them to do the appropriate skills. The research used the descriptive method in formulating the theoretical framework, building the tools, and explaining the foundations of preparing the proposed program. The research also used the semi-experimental method in applying the program, identifying the research tools, and selecting the research group. This is to detect the accuracy extent of non-native Arabic language learners of some Arabic language skills, and their accuracy of these skills. The program building required identifying the learners’ reading comprehension and writing skills, and building a test to measure their accuracy of reading comprehension skills, as well as building a test to measure the accuracy of on-native Arabic language learners in writing skills. The program based on the flipped learning approach has been prepared, and the effectiveness of the program based on the flipped learning approach has been established to develop the appropriate skills of reading comprehension and writing for on-native Arabic language learners at the advanced level.
