اشتملت هذه الدارسه على أربعه فصول ، تناول الفصل الاول: منها الاطار العام للدراسة، مشتملا على المقدمة ، مشكلة البحث ، فروض الدراسه، استعراض الدراسات السابقه ، اهمية الدراسة ، بينما تناول الفصل الثانى : تكنولوجيا صناعة التمور والميزة التنافسية ، معالم إنتاج وتصدير التمور في مصر والعالم ، الأهمية الاقتصادية لمحصول التمور في مصر ، تسويق التمور المصرية وسلاسل الإمداد ، الاتجاهات الحديثة فى تكنولوجيا تصنيع التمور والصناعات التحويلية القائمة عليها ، تطوير طرق الحفظ والتخزين ، تحقيق معايير جودة وسلامه الغذاء تطوير طرق مكافحه آفات التمور المعبأة ، تناول الفصل الفصل الثالث: الدراسة الميدانية ، التعريف بعينة البحث والاختبارات الوصفية، منهجية البحث ، مجتمع الدراسة ، عينة الدراسة ، أداة الدراسة ، التحليل الإحصائى لبيانات الدراسة الميدانية ، اختبارات فروض البحث ، هذا بينما تناول الفصل الرابع :النتائج والتوصيات وكانت أهم هذه النتائج أن الإتجاهات الحديثة فى تكنولوجيا تصنيع التمور هى : تطوير خطوط الانتاج – تطوير الصناعات التحويلية من التمور – تقليل الفاقد فى صناعه التمور – تطوير طرق الحفظ والتخزين – وخصوصا التخزين المبرد- تطوير طرق التعبئة والتغليف ، خاصة باستخدام تكنولوجيا النانو – الإبتكارات الجديدة فى استخدام مخلفات الصناعة، وأجزاء النخلة، فى إنتاج منتجات ثانوية جديدة – تطوير طرق مكافحة آفات التمور المعبأة – تطبيق بعض نتائج البحوث الابتكارية فى تصنيع التمور- تحقيق الجديد فى مجال مواصفات جودة وسلامه الغذاء.

This study included four chapters, the first chapter dealt with the framework of the study, including the introduction, the research problem, questions and hypotheses of the study, a review of Literture, the importance of the study, while the second chapter dealt with the technology of the date industry and the competitive advantage, the parameters of the production and export of dates in Egypt and the world, the economic importance of the date crop in Egypt, marketing Egyptian dates and supply chains, modern trends in date processing technology and the manufacturing industries based on it, developing preservation and storage methods, achieving food quality and safety standards, developing methods for controlling pests of packaged dates, dealing with chapter three, chapter three: The field study, the research sample and the descriptive tests, the research methodology, the study population, the study sample, the study tool, the statistical analysis of the field study data, the tests of the research hypotheses, while the fourth chapter dealt with the results and recommendations. The most important of these results were that the recent trends in manufacturing technology are: Development of production lines - Development of manufacturing industries from dates - Reduction of waste in the date industry - Development of preservation and storage methods - especially refrigerated storage - Development of packaging methods, especially using nanotechnology - New innovations in the use of industrial waste, and palm parts, in the production of new by-products – Developing ways to control packed dates pests – Applying some of the results of innovative research in the manufacture of dates – Achieving new things in the field of food quality and safety specifications.
