The current study relied on the mixed approach, and its results showed that the presence of extreme centralization and fear of administration The loss of authority makes it obscure the delegation of authority as a requirement of the process of admin-istrative empowerment of teachers. The study came up with a proposed vision for ac-tivating the administrative empowerment of secondary school teachers in the State of Kuwait in light of the requirements of sustainable development.
