Summary: تناولت الدراسة آرَاء الإمامين أبي إسحاق الشيرازي الشافعي (ت476هـ) وعــلاء الــدين السمـرقنــــدي الحنفــــي (ت540هـ) في الحدود والجنايات دراسة فقهية مقارنة. وقد جاءت هذه الدراسة في مقدمة، وثلاثة فصول، وخاتمة، الفصل الأول: التعريف بالإمامين الشيرازي والسمرقندي وعصريهما، الفصل الثاني: آراء الإمامين الشيرازي والسمرقندي في باب الحدود، الفصل الثالث: آراء الإمامين الشيرازي والسمرقندي في باب الجنايات، وفي النهاية جاءت خاتمة، تضمَّنت أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها الباحثةSummary: The study dealt with the opinions of Imams Abu Ishaq Al-Shirazi Al-Shafi’i (d. 476 AH) and Alaa Al-Din Al-Samarqandi Al-Hanafi (d. 540 AH) regarding punishments and crimes, a comparative jurisprudential study. This study came in an introduction, three chapters, and a conclusion. The first chapter: Introduction to Imams Shirazi and al-Samarkandi and their eras. The second chapter: The opinions of Imams Shirazi and al-Samarkandi in the chapter on punishments. The third chapter: The opinions of Imams Shirazi and al-Samarkandi in the chapter on crimes. Finally, a conclusion came, which included the most important matters. The results reached by the researcher.
