يتعرض معلمو المدارس الخاصة للكثير من الضغوط نتيجة طبيعة عملهم، والتي تؤثر بشكل سلبي على أدائهم الوظيفي، وقد يمتد التأثير السلبي إلى الأسرة، مما يضطرهم إلى عدم القيام بالدور الكامل والمطلوب منهم على مستوى الأسرة أو على مستوى العمل، وللتخفيف من أثر تلك الضغوط هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى معرفة دور اليقظة العقلية والمساندة الاجتماعية كمتغيرين معدلين للعلاقة بين الاحتراق الوظيفي وصراع الأدوار، باستخدام المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي؛ حيث تم تطبيق مقياس اليقظة العقلية (إعداد(Baer,et al.,2004 ، ومقياس المساندة الاجتماعية (إعداد الباحث)، ومقياس الاحتراق الوظيفي (إعداد (Maslach& Leiter, 1981) ، ومقياس صراع الأدوار (إعداد الباحث) على عينة مكونة من (335) معلمًا من معلمي المدارس الخاصة بالمرحلتين الإعدادية والثانوية العامة بمحافظة القاهرة، وأظهرت النتائج وجود دور معدل لليقظة العقلية للعلاقة بين الاحتراق الوظيفي وصراع الأدوار لدى معلمي المدارس الخاصة، كما أظهرت النتائج أيضًا إلى وجود دور معدل للمساندة الاجتماعية للعلاقة بين الاحتراق الوظيفي وصراع الأدوار لدى معلمي المدارس الخاصة .
• يهدف البحث الحالي إلي:
تسعى الدراسة الحالية إلى تحقيق مجموعة من الأهداف، منها: تحديد العلاقة بين اليقظة العقلية وكلٍّ من الاحتراق الوظيفي وصراع الأدوار، وكذلك تحديد العلاقة بين المساندة الاجتماعية وكلٍّ من الاحتراق الوظيفي وصراع الأدوار.
كما هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة الدور المعدل لكلٍّ من اليقظة العقلية والمساندة الاجتماعية في العلاقة بين الاحتراق الوظيفي وصراع الأدوار.

• عينة البحث:
تتألف عينة الدراسة من (335) من معلمي المدارس الخاصة بالمرحلة الإعدادية والثانوية العامة بمحافظة القاهرة بجمهورية مصر العربية من كلا النوعين بمتوسط عمري قدره 34 عا

Private school teachers are exposed to a lot of pressure as a result of the nature of their work, which negatively affects their job performance, The negative effect may extend to the family, forcing them not to carry out the full role required of them at the family level or at the work level, To mitigate the impact of these pressures, the current research turned to know the role of Mindfulness and social support as variables modifying both job burnout and role conflict, using the descriptive correlational approach, the Mindfulness scale (prepared by Baer et al 2004), the social support scale (prepared by the researcher), and the job burnout scale (prepared by Maslach 1981) were applied. And the role conflict scale (prepared by the researcher), on a sample of (335) private school teachers in the middle and secondary schools in Cairo Governorate. The most important results of the study were the presence of a Mindfulness role for mindfulneddin the relationship between job burnout and role conflict among private school teachers. The results also indicated a moderating role for social support in the relationship between job burnout and role conflict among private school teachers.
• Study objectives:
The study aims to determine the relationship between mental alertness, role conflict, and job burnout, as well as determining the relationship between social support, role conflict, and job burnout. It also aims to identify the modifying role of both mindfulness and social support in the relationship between job burnout and role conflict.

- Maslach & Jackson Burnout Scale, (1981) (researcher’s translation).
- Mental alertness scale prepared by Baer et al., (2004) (translated by the researcher).
- Role conflict scale (prepared by the researcher).
- Social support scale (prepared by the researcher).
• Study sample:
The study sample consists of (335) teachers of private schools in the middle and secondary schools in Cairo Governorate, the Arab Republic of Egypt, of both types, with an average age of 34 years.
