هدف البحث الحالي للكشف عن فاعِلِيَّة الذات وعلاقته بالتَّوافق المهنيّ لدى مُعلِّمات الظِّلّ العاملات مع أطفال ذَوِي الاحْتِياجَات الخاصَّة. واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي المقارن، وطُبِقَت عينة البحث على (70) من مُعلِّمات الظِّلّ العاملات مع أطفال ذَوِي الاحْتِياجَات الخاصَّة في مجموعة من المدارس الحكومية والخاصة، واستخدمت الباحثة الأدوات : 1- مقياس فاعِلِيَّة الذات لمُعلِّمات الظِّلّ (إعداد الباحثة) 2- مقياس التَّوافق المهنيّ لمُعلِّمات الظِّلّ (إعداد الباحثة)، وتوصلت النتائج إلى: وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة دالة بين فاعِلِيَّة الذات والتَّوافق المهنيّ لدى مُعلِّمات الظِّلّ العاملات مع أطفال ذَوِي الاحْتِياجَات الخاصَّة، يمكن التنبؤ بالتَّوافق المهنيّ من خلال درجة فاعِلِيَّة الذات لدى مُعلِّمات الظِّلّ العاملات مع أطفال ذَوِي الاحْتِياجَات الخاصَّة، وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً بين أفراد عينة البحث على مقياس فاعِلِيَّة الذات والتَّوافق المهنيّ من حيث الدرجة العلمية (بكالوريوس وما يعادلها- ماجستير - دكتوراه) وجاءت النتائج في المقياسيين لصالح الدرجة العلمية الأعلى، وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً بين أفراد عينة البحث على مقياس فاعِلِيَّة الذات والتَّوافق المهنيّ من حيث الخبرة العملية (أقل من عامين _عامين– خمس أعوام) وجاءت النتيجة في المقياسين لصالح ذوي الخبرة الأعلى، توجد فروق دالة إحصائياً بين أفراد عينة البحث على مقياس فاعِلِيَّة الذات والتَّوافق المهنيّ لدرجة الإعاقة للطفل الذي تعمل معه معلمة الظل (بسيط -متوسط -شديد) وجاءت النتيجة في المقياسين لصالح درجة الإعاقة الأقل.

The aim of the current research is to reveal self-efficacy and its relationship to professional compatibility among shadow teachers working with children with special needs. The researcher used the comparative descriptive approach, and applied the research sample to (70) from the shadow teachers working with children with special needs, in a group of public and private schools and the researcher used the tools: 1- Self-efficacy scale for shadow teachers (prepared by the researcher) 2- the scale of professional compatibility of shadow teachers (prepared by the researcher), and the results reached that, There is a positive correlation between self-efficacy and professional compatibility among shadow teachers working with children with special needs, can be predicted Professional compatibility through the degree of self-efficacy of shadow teachers working with children with special needs, the existence of statistically significant differences between the members of the research sample on the scale of self-efficacy and professional compatibility in terms of scientific degree (bachelor and equivalent _ master _ doctorate) and the results came in the two scales in favor of the higher scientific degree, The existence of statistically significant differences between the members of the research sample on the scale of self-efficacy and professional compatibility in terms of practical experience (less than two years - two years - five years) and the result came in the two scales in favor of the highest experience, there are statistically significant differences between the members of the research sample on the scale of self-efficacy and professional compatibility of the degree of disability for the child with whom the shadow teacher works (simple - medium - severe) and the result came in the two scales in favor of the degree of disability less.
