1- يهدف البحث الحالي إلى: هدفت الدراسة بناء برنامج تدريبي قائم على التصميم التعليمي في ضـوء الاحتياجـات التدريبية، وقياس أثر البرنامج التدريبي في تنمية بعـض المهـارات التكنولوجيـة لـدى معلمـي اللغة الإنجليزية. وقد استخدم فيها المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. أدوات البحث: 1- دراسة استطلاعية، استبانة، المقابلات. عينة البحث: معلمي اللغة الإنجليزية بمدينة شرم الشيخ -محافظة جنوب سيناء.
The study aimed to build a training program based on educational design in the light of training needs, and to measure the impact of the training program in developing some technological skills among English language teachers. The problem of the study was defined in the following main question: What is the training program based on educational design in the light of training needs, and what is its role in developing some technological skills among English language teachers? The researcher built the study tools, which are a list of technological skills that must be available to English language teachers in the second stage of basic education. The list of technological skills was transformed into a questionnaire to determine training needs. The researcher chose a sample of English language teachers in the city of Sharm El-Sheikh, and its number reached (85) male and female teachers. According to the nature of the study, the researcher used the descriptive and analytical approach to determine the training needs of English language teachers to build the training program in the light of them.
