هدفت الدراسة تعرف مراحل التعليم الثانوي الفني في مصر، وأيضا تعرف نظام المدارس التكنولوجية التطبيقية وفلسفتها وأهدافها، ثم الوقوف على تجارب بعض الدول في مجال المدارس التكنولوجية التطبيقية، وتعرف طبيعة الشراكة المجتمعية بين القطاع الخاص ووزارة التربية والتعليم في جمهورية مصر العربية، ومن ثم الوصول إلى بناء تصور مقترح لتنمية الشراكة بين القطاع الخاص ووزارة التربية والتعليم؛ لتعميم نظام المدارس التكنولوجية التطبيقية. وقد استخدم فيها المنهج الوصفي، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عديد من النتائج منها أن المدارس تسعى للتميز وتسعى إلى تحقيق ما تهدف إليه، وهو زيادة الشراكة بين القطاع الخاص ووزارة التربية والتعليم لتعميم نظام المدارس التكنولوجية التطبيقية، كما تقوم المدرسة بتدعيم قنوات الاتصال بينها وبين المجتمع المحلي للإسهام في حل بعض مشكلاتها. وأشارت النتائج أيضًا إلى ضرورة زيادة عدد المبتعثين للخارج للإسهام في التخطيط لنشر فكرة المدارس التكنولوجيا التطبيقية؛ وذلك للاستعانة بالخبرات العالمية في مجال التخطيط لتنمية الشراكة بين القطاع الخاص ووزارة التربية والتعليم لتعميم نظام المدارس التكنولوجية التطبيقية.

The study aimed to know the stages of technical secondary education in Egypt, and also to know the system of applied technological schools, their philosophy and goals, then to learn about the experiences of some countries in the field of applied technological schools, and to know the nature of the community partnership between the private sector and the Ministry of Education in the Arab Republic of Egypt, and then to reach To build a proposed vision for developing the partnership between the private sector and the Ministry of Education; To generalize the system of applied technological schools. The descriptive approach was used, and the study reached many results, including that schools strive for excellence and seek to achieve what they aim to achieve, which is to increase the partnership between the private sector and the Ministry of Education to generalize the applied technological school system. The school also strengthens communication channels between it and the local community to contribute In solving some of its problems. The results also indicated the need to increase the number of students studying abroad to contribute to planning to spread the idea of applied technology schools. This is to benefit from global expertise in the field of planning to develop the partnership between the private sector and the Ministry of Education to generalize the applied technological school system.
