This thesis developed a lower limb exoskeleton suit to help paraplegics walk like healthy people. A mathematical model of the suit was derived and different controllers were developed and tested in a simulation environment. The Non-Linear PID controller was found to perform better than other controllers with reduced power consumption and acceptable errors.
تم تطوير بدلة هياكل خارجية للأطراف السفلية لمساعدة المصابين بالشلل النصفي على المشي بشكل يشبه الأشخاص الأصحاء. تم إنشاء نموذج رياضي للبدلة وتم تطوير واختبار متحكمات مختلفة في بيئة محاكاة. وأظهرت النتائج ان المتحكم (Non-Linear PID) يؤدي بشكل أفضل من المتحكمات الأخرى بنسبة خطأ مقبولة وقدر أقل في استهلاك الطاقة.
