يهدف البحث الحالي إلى: تنمية الأداء الشفهي الإبداعي (الاستماع الإبداعي، والسرد الشفهي) باللغة العربية لدى الطلبة الموهوبين في المرحلة الثانوية من خلال بناء برنامج إثرائي قائم على معايير الكفاءة التواصلية، ولتحقيق الهدف السابق تم إعداد قائمة مهارات الأداء الشفهي الإبداعي (الاستماع الإبداعي، والسرد الشفهي) اللازمة لطلبة الصف الأول الثانوي الموهوبين في اللغة العربية، كما تم إعداد اختبار لقياس الأداء الشفهي الإبداعي (الاستماع الإبداعي، والسرد الشفهي) للطلبة الموهوبين لغويًا، كما أعدت الباحثة دليلًا للمعلم لتدريب الطلبة الموهوبين على البرنامج الإثرائي، وقد تم تطبيق البرنامج الإثرائي على مجموعة من طلبة الصف الأول الثانوي الموهوبين بمركز رعاية الموهوبين والتعلم الذكي بمدرسة عباس الرسمية الثانوية وبلغ عددها (17) طالبًا وطالبة، واعتمدت الباحثة على التصميم شبه التجريبي (المجموعة الواحدة ذات القياس القبلي البعدي)، وكشفت نتائج التحليل الإحصائي عن فاعلية البرنامج الإثرائي في تنمية الأداء الشفهي الإبداعي (الاستماع الإبداعي، والسرد الشفهي) للطلبة الموهوبين لغويًا بالصف الأول الثانوي. وكان للبرنامج الإثرائي حجم تأثير كبير على كل المهارات. وفي ضوء نتائج البحث توصي الباحثة بالاهتمام بالطلبة الموهوبين في اللغة العربية عامة، وتنمية الأداء الشفهي الإبداعي بمختلف صوره في ضوء معايير الكفاءة التواصلية.

The aim of the research is to develop creative oral performance (creative listening, and oral narration) in the Arabic language among gifted students in the secondary stage by building an enrichment program based on the standards of communicative Proficiency, and to achieve the previous goal, a list of creative oral performance skills (creative listening, and oral narration) was prepared for students of the first grade of secondary school gifted in Arabic language, and a test was prepared to measure the creative oral performance (creative listening, and oral narration) for linguistically gifted students, and the researcher prepared a guide The enrichment program was applied to a group of gifted first-year secondary students at the Center for Gifted Care and Smart Learning at Abbas Secondary School, numbering (17) male and female students, The researcher relied on the semi-experimental design (one group with pre-dimensional measurement), and the results of the statistical analysis revealed the effectiveness of the enrichment program in developing creative oral performance (creative listening, and oral narration) for linguistically gifted students in the first grade of secondary school. The scale enrichment program had a significant impact on all skills.
In light of the results of the research, the researcher recommends paying attention to gifted students in Arabic language in general, and developing creative oral performance in its various forms in light of the standards of communicative Proficiency
