هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التحقق من فاعلية برنامج تدريبى قائم على التعليم المدمج لتحسين المهارات الأدائية لدى مربيات دور الحضانة فى ضوء احتياجاتهن التدريبية، واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج التجريبى وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (30) مربية من مربيات دور الحضانة غير المؤهلين وكانت أدوات الدراسة: استمارة استطلاع رأى لتحديد أهم الاحتياجات التدريبية لمربيات دور الحضانة وخلفياتهن السابقة المرتبطة بمعارف ومهارات الأدائية التى هن بحاجة إليها. (إعداد الباحثة)- بطاقة ملاحظة للمهارات الأدائية. (إعداد الباحثة)- اختبار تحصيلى معرفى للمربية (إعداد الباحثة)- برنامج تدريبى قائم على التعليم المدمج لتحسين المهارات الأدائية لدى مربيات دور الحضانة فى ضوء احتياجاتهن التدريبية.(إعداد الباحثة)، وأسفرت النتائج عن :فاعلية البرنامج ونجاحه وأثره الإيجابي فى تحسين المهارات الأدائية لدى مربيات دور الحضانة فى ضوء احتياجاتهن التدريبية واستمرارية أثر البرنامج وأنشطته على المربيات فى القياس التتبعى.
The current study aimed at verifying the effectiveness of a training program based on blended learning to improve the performance skills of nursery teachers according to their training needs. Experimental method was used by the researcher, and the sample consisted of (30) unqualified nursery teachers. The study tools consisted of: a survey to identify important training needs for nursery teachers and their previous backgrounds associated with performance knowledge and skills they need (prepared by the researcher), an observation card for performance skills (prepared by the researcher), a cognitive achievement test for teachers (prepared by the researcher), and the training program based on blended learning to improve performance skills for nursery teachers according to their training needs (prepared by the researcher). It was found the effectiveness, success, and positive effect of the program in improving the performance skills of nursery teachers according to their training needs; and the continuity of the program and related activities on the teachers during the follow-up measurement.
