هدف الدراسة: التعرف على مدى فاعلية البرنامج التدريبى فى إكساب المعلمات المعارف المرتبطة بمبادىء التنمية المستدامة ومهارات القرن الحادي والعشرين واثرها على الأداء المهني لهن، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (30) معلمة رياض أطفال من معلمات إدارة غرب القاهرة التعليمية بمديرية القاهرة واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج شبه التجريبي المعتمد على مجموعة تجريبية واحدة، وتطبق عليها أدوات الدراسة قبليًّا وبعديًّا الأدوات: برنامج تدريبي قائم على بعض مبادئ التنمية المستدامة ومهارات القرن الحادي والعشرين، اختبار معرفي مهاري لمعلمات رياض الأطفال عن بعض مبادئ التنمية المستدامة ومهارات القرن الحادي والعشرين ، بطاقة ملاحظة أداء معلمات رياض الأطفال والمتضمنة بعض مبادئ التنمية المستدامة ومهارات القرن الحادي والعشرين من(إعداد الباحثة) النتائج: وجود فروق بين متوسطي درجات معلمات الطفولة المبكرة قبل تطبيق برنامج تدريبي قائم على بعض مبادئ التنمية المستدامة و مهارات القرن الحادي و العشرين وبعد التطبيق على الاختبار المعرفي المهارى لمعلمة الطفولة المبكرة في اتجاه القياس البعدي وجود فروق بين متوسطي درجات معلمات الطفولة المبكرة قبل تطبيق برنامج تدريبي قائم على بعض مبادئ التنمية المستدامة و مهارات القرن الحادي والعشرين وبعد التطبيق على بطاقة ملاحظة آداء المعلمة في اتجاه القياس البعدي ، وجود ارتباط دال إحصائيا بين درجات التطبيق البعدى لكل من درجات الاختبار المعرفى المهارى ودرجات بطاقة ملاحظة الاداء المهنى للمعلمة.

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the training programme in providing teachers with knowledge related to the principles of sustainable development and 21st-century skills and its impact on their professional performance. The study sample consisted of (30) kindergarten teachers from the teachers of West Cairo Educational Department, Cairo Directorate, and the researcher used a quasi-experimental approach based on one experimental group, and applied the study tools before and after the study. Tools: A training programme based on some principles of sustainable development and 21st-century skills, a knowledge and skill test for kindergarten teachers on some principles of sustainable development and 21st-century skills, and a performance observation card for kindergarten teachers that includes some principles of sustainable development and 21st-century skills (prepared by the researcher). Results: There are differences between the mean scores of early childhood teachers before applying a training programme based on some principles of sustainable development and twenty-first century skills and after applying the cognitive skill test for early childhood teachers in the direction of the dimensional measurement, there are differences between the mean scores of early childhood teachers before applying a training programme based on some principles of sustainable development and twenty-first century skills and after applying the teacher performance observation card in the direction of the dimensional measurement, there is a statistically significant correlation between the scores of the dimensional application of both the cognitive skill test and the scores of the performance observation card in the direction of the dimensional measurement, there is a statistically significant correlation between the scores of the cognitive skill test for early childhood teachers and the scores of the teacher performance observation card.
