هدفت الدراسة الحالية تطوير أداء العاملين بقسم التدريب بالتربية والعليم بالمناطق الحدودية في ضوء مبادئ التعلم المستمر، وكذلك الوقوف على الأسس النظرية للتدريب ، والكشف عن خصائص المناطق الحدودية ثقافيا واجتماعيا واقتصاديا ، وقد استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي مع توظيف المنهج التحليلي الكيفي ، وتكونت العينة من ( 61 ) فردا, وتم توظيف المقابلة لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة وأستخدم المنهج الممزوج ، وتوصلت الدراسة الى النتائج الاتية : أن هناك رضا عن البرامج التدريبية المقدمة للعاملين بمراكز التدريب بالمناطق الحدودية ، وأن القيادة والدعم من نقاط القوة للبرامج التدريبية ، وأن البرامج التدريبية تحقق مبادئ التعلم المستمر.

The current study aimed at enhancing the performance of employees in the training department of education in border regions in the light of continuous learning principles. It also aimed to explore the theoretical foundations of training, as well as to identify the cultural, social, and economic characteristics of border regions. The researcher adopted a descriptive approach employing qualitative analysis. The sample consisted of 61 individuals, and interviews were conducted to achieve the study's objectives using a mixed methodology approach. The study revealed that there is satisfaction with the training programs provided to employees in training centers in border regions, leadership and support are strengths of the training programs, and the programs adhere to the principles of continuous learning.
