هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تعرُّف على دور رأس المال الاجتماعي كمتغير وسيط في العلاقة بين الشخصية الاستباقية والتدفق النفسي لدى المعلمين، كما هدفت إلى تعرُّف على الفروق بين المتغيرات لدى المعلمين تبعًا لمتغير النوع وعدد سنوات الخبرة. واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي المقارن، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة استخدمت الباحثة بعض الأدوات لقياس المتغيرات، وهي: مقياس الشخصية الاستباقية (النسخة المختصرة) إعداد Sebiert et al., (2001) تعريب الباحثة، ومقياس التدفق النفسي، إعداد Jackson& Marsh, (1996) تعريب الباحثة، ومقياس رأس المال الاجتماعي (إعداد الباحثة)، وتكونت العنية من 370 معلمًا ومعلمةً، وقد أظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متغيري الشخصية الاستباقية والتدفق النفسي، ووجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متغيري الشخصية الاستباقية ورأس المال الاجتماعي، ووجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متغيري رأس المال الاجتماعي والتدفق النفسي، كما يوجد تأثير إيجابي لرأس المال الاجتماعي كمتغير وسيط (وساطة جزئية) في العلاقة بين الشخصية الاستباقية والتدفق النفسي، عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية بين الذكور والإناث في مستوى متغيرات التدفق النفسي ورأس المال الاجتماعي، ولكن توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لصالح الذكور في مستوى متغير الشخصية الاستباقية، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى المتغيرات تبعًا لعدد سنوات الخبرة لصالح عدد سنوات الخبرة الأقل.

The study aimed to identify the role of social capital as an intermediate variable in the relationship of proactive personality and psychological flow among teachers, and to identify the extent of variables among teachers according to gender and the number of years of experience. The study relied on the descriptive correlational approach, and to achieve the objective of the study, the researcher used some tools to measure the variables, namely the proactive personality scale, the abbreviated version, prepared by Sebiert et al., (2001), the psychological flow scale prepared by Jackson & Marsh, (1996), and the social capital scale prepared by the researcher, and the meaning consisted of 370 teachers, The results showed a statistically significant positive correlation between the proactive personality and psychological flow variables, and there is a statistically significant positive correlation between the proactive personality and social capital variables, and there is a statistically significant positive correlation between the two social capital variables and their scores on psychological flow, and there is a positive effect of social capital as an intermediate variable (partial mediation) in the relationship between proactive personality and psychological flow, and there are no statistically significant differences between males and females in the level of psychological flow and social capital variables, but there are statistically significant differences in favor of males in the level of the proactive personality variable, and there are statistically significant differences in the level of variables according to the number of years of experience in favor of the least number of years of experience.
