هدفت الدراسة الى التعريف بالموروثات الثقافية المتمثلة في الأفكار والعادات والتقاليد المسئولة عن التمييز وخلق الفوارق والتهميش, ودراسة تأثير القيم الثقافية والاجتماعية المتمثلة في الثقافة الذكورية والسلطة الأبوية والتنشئة الاجتماعية على التهميش الاجتماعي للمرأة, والتعرف على الأدوار المتعددة للمرأة التي بدورها أدت إلى الصراع الثقافي مما أسهم في تعميق حالة التهميش وخلق الفوارق, والوقوف على التوصيات الممكنة للحد من تهميش دورها, وتكونت عينة الدراسة من 200 امرأة سودانية, واتبعت الدراسة المنهج الانثروبولوجي ومنهج الوصف التحليلي لملائمته لموضوع الدراسة, اعتمدت الباحثة على صحيفة الاستبيان لبعض من الجاليات السودانيات من الإناث، واستخدمت الباحثة أداة استمارة المقابلة لبعض من الجاليات السودانيات من الإناث في الفترة العمرية من (20-50 عام), وبالتالي تم معالجة البيانات بطريقة كمية بشكل إحصائي وتحليلها كيفيًا في ضوء التحليل السوسيولوجي. وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة الى أن المرأة السودانية تواجه العديد من التحديات في ظل سيطرة القيم الثقافية الموروثة والمتمثلة في السيطرة الذكورية, ومن تلك التحديات تدني وضعها الاجتماعي والذي ينعكس على وضعها الاقتصادي, ومن تلك التحديات تدني وضعها الاجتماعي وبالتالي ينعكس على وضعها الاقتصادي, وبتقبل المرأة لوضعها الاجتماعي الذي يحدد دورها استبعدت من سوق العمل إلا في بعض الأعمال كالتدريس والتمريض, وتدنى وضع المرأة الاجتماعي مقابل الإعلاء من شأن وضع الرجل من خلال التنشئة الثقافية والاجتماعية التقليدية, أما التحديات التي تواجهها المرأة السودانية من خلال صراع الأدوار التي تقوم بها سواء في العمل أو المنزل, تؤدي إلى عدم التوفيق بين الدورين, مما يؤدي إلى أزمات صحية ونفسية. وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة مساعدة المرأة السودانية في تحقيق استقلالها بتعزيز القيم والأفكار التي تقوي دور المرأة ومكانتها, والاهتمام بتعليم الإناث مثل الذكور, كما يجب أن يكون هناك تسامحاً مع الإناث كما هو مع الذكور وتوضع المعايير الاجتماعية اللازمة.

The study aimed to introduce the cultural legacies represented in the ideas, customs, and traditions responsible for discrimination, creating differences, and marginalization, and to study the impact of cultural and social values represented by male culture, patriarchal authority, and socialization on the social marginalization of women, and to identify the multiple roles of women, which in turn led to cultural conflict, which contributed to Deepening the state of marginalization and creating disparities, and identifying possible recommendations to reduce the marginalization of its role, The study sample consisted of 200 Sudanese women, and the study followed the anthropological approach and the analytical description approach. The results of the study concluded that Sudanese women face many challenges in light of the dominance of inherited cultural values represented by male control, and among those challenges is their low social status, which is reflected in their economic status, and among those challenges is their low social status, which is reflected in their economic status, and women’s acceptance of their social status. Which determines her role: she is excluded from the labor market except in some jobs such as teaching and nursing, and the low social status of women compared to the elevation of men’s status through traditional cultural and social upbringing. As for the challenges that Sudanese women face through the conflict of the roles they play, whether at work or at home, It leads to a lack of reconciliation between the two roles, which leads to health and psychological crises.
The study recommended the need to help Sudanese women achieve their independence by promoting values and ideas that strengthen the role and status of women, and paying attention to the education of females as well as males. There must also be tolerance with females as well as with males, and the necessary social standards must be established.
