هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تعرُّف ملامح القيادة الإبداعية من حيث المفهوم والمتطلبات، وتعرُّف الهيكل التنظيمي والإداري لمراحل التعليم العام في مصر، وتعرُّف واقع مدارس التعليم العام، والتحديات التي تَحُول دون وجود قيادة إبداعية بمدارس التعليم العام في مصر، وتقديم تَصَوُّر مقترح لتطبيق القيادة الإبداعية في مدارس التعليم العام بمصر، وقد تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي في هذه الدراسة، ومن أهم نتائج الدراسة ضرورة استخدام التكنولوجيا في تحسين التواصل في القيادة المدرسية، بالإضافة إلى أهمية تدريب المعلمين على استخدامها بفعالية، فهما يُعَدَّان من أهم المتطلبات التكنولوجية، ومن العوامل التي تسهم في دعم الابتكار والإبداع في المدارس، ومن نتائج الدراسة أيضًا الحاجة إلى توفير بنية تحتية تكنولوجية قوية، ودمج التكنولوجيا في العملية التعليمية لتعزيز جودة التعليم وتحفيز الابتكار.

The current study aimed to identify the features of creative leadership, its concept, and requirements, as well as to explore the organizational and administrative structure of the general education stages in Egypt. The study also sought to examine the reality of general education schools and the challenges that hinder creative leadership in these schools. Additionally, the study proposed a suggested framework for implementing creative leadership in general education schools in Egypt. The descriptive method was used in this study. One of the most important findings of the study is the use of technology to improve communication in school leadership, as well as training teachers to use it effectively. These are considered crucial technological requirements and factors that contribute to supporting innovation and creativity in schools. The study also highlights the need to provide a strong technological infrastructure and integrate technology into the educational process to enhance the quality of learning and stimulate innovation.
